Financial Qualifications:

• Income is less than $2,000.00

• Money that is saved in account is under $2,000.00

• No Assets that equal more than $120,000.00

• No transfers of land or assets in the last 5 years

What is needed to apply:

 

• 3 months of Bank Statements

• Social Security Award Letter

• Any Retirement or Pension Letters

• ID or Driver’s License

• Any burial or Life Insurance paperwork (if applicable)

• Properly taxes (if property is owned)

• Vehicle Registration (if applicable)

• Birth Certificate and Social Security card

 

*****ISD (Income Support Division) may ask for initial documentation

after they have conducted phone interview.
