Kenneth Gold

Environmental Director

Kenneth Gold was born in Las Vegas, New Mexico. He entered under the delayed entry program and enlisted in the Navy in September 1983 out of Las Vegas, New Mexico MEPS Station. In September 1983, he left for boot camp at Recruit Training Command, San Diego California. Upon completion of boot camp, he was stationed in Guam, California, Panama and Texas where he proudly retired from a 22 year career as Senior Chief Engineman of the United States Navy, before returning to his hometown of Las Vegas New Mexico. In August of 2009, he took the job as the Environmental Services Director at Vida Encantada Nursing and Rehab in charge of planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the Environmental Services Department in accordance with Federal, State and Local standards to ensure the welfare and safety of all Residents, Facility personnel and visitors. He takes great pride in ensuring the needs of all Residents are met and maintained on an ongoing basis.
