Kimberly Vigil is the current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for Vida Encantada, after taking the helm in March 2019. She is very excited about this great opportunity to serve in her hometown and to serve the Vida Encantada Resident Community. Kim was born and raised in Las Vegas, New Mexico and completed her education at New Mexico Highlands University. She has worked in various long-term care positions such as Admissions Director, Business Office Manager, Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Records Director, Staffing Coordinator and Assistant Administrator.  She felt that in order to learn the full scope of caring for residents, she would best learn by experiencing the demands of as many nursing home positions as possible. Kim reached her goal of becoming a Licensed Nursing Administrator for the state of New Mexico, as her desire was to be the voice for residents and to oversee the care they received was as if they were her own family members. She is passionate about serving everyone at Vida Encantada and excited to be part of a team that works daily to care for residents with the highest level of integrity, attention and advocacy.
